World Cookout 2010

Putting a bundle of Chicago’s marquee chefs in one room and having them show off is a surefire way to end up eating a silly amount of food. Which I did. Table Fifty-Two and Spiaggia stood out for me, and there were likely others, but I’m experiencing the early stages of a food coma, so things are hazy.
The rule that was proved yet again? Wherever there is suckling pig, that’s where I want to be.
